ManufacturingCaice Production Centre is a 27,000 square foot state of the art facility based in Dorset, and it is one of the key strengths of our business. We have invested heavily in machine technology, CADCAM, software management systems, research and development, and people development to consistently keep us on the leading edge within our industry.
Our automated attenuator manufacturing facilities are amongst the most advanced in the world.

These processes help us to produce a high quality product, and give us the lowest attenuator manufacturing costs within the UK. The processing speed also provides large production capacity and short lead times. Consequently we are the largest supplier of attenuators within the UK.
Manufacturing of fan products is our future growth market, and in recent years we have integrated extensive CADCAM facilities. We use Inventor, a 3D modelling package, to design and develop our fan products. This exports sheet metal detail drawings to RADAN, which nests a number of parts to minimize waste, selects appropriate tooling, and loads the metal sheets directly onto the CNC machines to produce the parts.
As our fan product range is expanding we are continuously developing our fabrication and assembly processes at the Production Centre. A new assembly line has recently been completed enabling us to double our production capacity for fan products.
Quality control and the safety of our employees are paramount. We therefore rigidly enforce Quality Assurance and Health and Safety procedures for all aspects of manufacturing, from fabrication and assembly through to product inspection and dispatch.
